The Stubbi® is an innovative tool designed to assist in the art that we in the trade known as ‘cove forming’ for commercial and contract flooring installations.

Coving failures in commercial flooring account for many problems. As well as exposing the substrate to moisture, they can also lead to harmful bacteria growth, trip hazards, and not to mention unhappy customers and a damaged reputation. We have also faced a new set of challenges with the rightful demise of solvent-based contact adhesive,
which will inevitably be fully replaced with the inferior water-based equivalent. This adhesive cures by crystalising under the intense pressure of the adhered surfaces, but only a Stubbi Roller can fit the profile.

A lateral pressure roller which mirrors the radius profile, firmly embedding it to the juncture, removing air pockets and undulations that commonly lead on to product failure.
